First time leasing a car through the motability scheme

First time leasing a car through the motability scheme ,having been to several other competitors we decided to have a look at your garage and I’m really pleased that we did . We were looked after by a young chap called Billy ,who was very professional and friendly He listening to a list of essential requirements and he found us the perfect vehicle .After arranging a test drive , we purchased a new car. just now have to wait delivery of it .The whole transition was seamless I definitely recommend

We have been using Robins & Day for 25 years.

We have been using Robins & Day since 1997 starting at Small Heath then moving to Erdington after the fire at Small Heath we have always dealt with Richard Bisset at both depots who is a credit to your company, very polite and goes above and beyond to help his customers. We ordered our new car this trip with the usual exceptional service. At the same time of ordering our car I was able to book our car in for its MOT with ease and the staff were very helpful. It’s a pleasure every time we visit Robins and Day.

I had the front brake discs and pads…

I had the front brake discs and pads replased . This was picked up at a recent service so i took the garages advice. The job was done to a high standard and after using the car the difference was noticeable. So very pleased with the job and the service recieved.

Robins and Day West London - Clear advice, great customer care We've just bought our second Peugeot 208 from Sales Controller Akeel Osman of Robins and Day West London. Akeel has a desk full of sales trophies and it's easy to see why. He listens. He provides clear advice. He gives great customer care. And - through impressive multi-tasking - he always picks up the phone. In a world where we're constantly told "your call is important to us", when clearly it isn't, it's refreshing to know that Akeel will pick up and answer queries or concerns.

Had to take my motorhome to Robins &Day…

Had to take my motorhome to Robins &Day for a recall this appears to be the only Peugeot workshop able to do the work on our van. Original appointment made then a few days later they cancelled. I had a wait at dealers appointment as I was travelling from out of area, arrived on time, but had to wait as the workshop was not ready for me. On a lighter note reception staff were good and kept me informed.
