Easy to book service online although chosen date had to be changed by Robins & Day but alternative date was acceptable. Collect and deliver staff member was very polite and there were no problems.

Professional sales executive
The sales executive Tim Farrow was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
Car was delayed due to chip crisis but…
Car was delayed due to chip crisis but new sales guy Naresh kept me informed at all time. Paperwork at end was easy and straight forward and he gave us a run through of the car during handover. Highly recommended.
Only went out to look at cars
Only went out to look at cars, didn’t intend to buy one on the day. Didn’t even know what car i wanted.
The staff were all helpful,didn’t push me to buy but gave me lots of advice which helped me make my decision.
