Booked for MOT
Booked for MOT - got the date I wanted, although no courtesy cars which I really need. MOT was done quickly and efficiently, got the video about my car which is a good way of explaining things to people and give them time to think about things / affordability etc.
I don't know why you have started charging for Courtesy cars which is annoying but that said I would pay as I struggle without a car but you don't seem to have enough courtesy cars and definitely not enough manual courtesy cars.

Have purchased vehicles from Robins day before never been disappointed and this was no exception thoroughly professional, courteous and kept me update throughout the time I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered could not have been more pleased.

Professional service from drop off to pick up, informed of progress via text message and email, a video clip of the inspection of the car and the checks made was an unexpected bonus, after the service was completed the car was washed and cleaned ready for pick up, very happy with the service provided...

Car in for service and MOT, as usual,the staff were up to there normal good standard. Car was washed and hoovered before handing back to me. Excellent service.
