Totally professional and customer focused

Went to buy a used vehicle at the Stockport branch of Robins and Day, the salesman Jonathan Moss was one of the best guys I have dealt with, not only did he come up with a great deal, but he was professional, understood my queries and answered all the questions I had, he also provided me with a time frame of when the car would be ready. Definitely would recommend to friends and family, and would definitely use again. Thank you for the whole experience of buying from you

Excellent service,all the staff where very polite and pleasant.The first garage where the disabled parking spot was was not used for new vehicles.Big plus in my opinion.

Very helpful garage

I found the car I wanted online and contacted the garage. Oliver Hallam called me back and as the car had not yet been prepared for sale he kindly went through it with his phone and sent me a live video. Oliver dealt with me throughout and could not have been more helpful

I had lost all faith in Citroen…

I had lost all faith in Citroen especially aftercare and was seriously thinking of looking elsewhere for my next car. I was then contacted by gentleman called Frazier Jones who by his people skills and expertise on Citroen won me back over. He has always been extremely helpful and gone basically above and beyond and nothing has seemed to much trouble. He is a credit to the company.

An excellent experience

I would have given 4.5 out of 5 if I could have done! We didn't have to wait around for too long and we're able to see the three cars that we wanted to compare and take our preferred car on a test drive. Only one small quibble: the sales person was speaking to another customer twice which meant we had to hang around for a bit longer than we earned. We got the car that we wanted!
