I have been dealing with Dan and he is such a nice friendly guy. Not at all pushy and very professional. Buying my new car was organised quickly too. I have also spoken to David with regards to the paperwork for my new car, again he was friendly and he emailed me everything to complete and return. I am very impressed with the service i received from them both. I buy all of my new cars from Robins and Day and would definitely recommend The Walton Garage to anyone. Our process started off quite disappointingly however, that was soon put right I a professional manner. The process was done and completed within hours of the representative taking lead of the situation. A happy customer, we now just have to wait for our new vehicle to arrive. Can't wait ???? Went to view a car today that wasn’t even ready for purchase although advertised via auto trader. As per website, car could have been delivered direct but I insisted on a test drive luckily. At the dealer looked at a few others and another one I liked was presented to me and again wasn’t prepped and ready for sale. Nick (salesman) however took it all in his stride and apologised profusely. Negotiated a great deal on a completely different car.
