I've bought 2 cars from Robins and Day Guildford now, and don't have a bad word to say about my experiences there. All interactions with staff have been extremely positive and I've been treated with respect and care. Both Wesley and Chris made sure I was comfortable at every step and not a hint of a typical pushy salesman to be seen. Adam was very honest and upfront about everything I asked, did not push for a sale and was happy for me to test drive a couple of options. He was knowledgeable about the different specs and performance.3 years agoPleasant to deal with.
The salesman Paul Phillips was very easy to deal with and went out of his way to answer all our questions. We managed to get what we wanted for our part exchange after a bit of negotiation so on the whole quite a pleasant experience. I phoned robins and day to see if they could book my car in because my windscreen washers had stopped working, and I had a long drive up north to do. I spoke to Ben at the small heath branch and he said to bring my car in and they would have a look at it for me. I got back home and about 30minuets later Ben called to tell me that they had found the problem and had fixed it for me he also was very clear on how much it would be. When I arrived to collect my car Ben said that it was,a small pipe that had broken. They had also topped up all fluids checked tyres etc washed and vacuumed my car out for me.Leave us a review
