The the sales team were very welcoming
The the sales team were very welcoming, friendly , and professional. From the telephone contact to the viewing and completing the purchase of the car they patiently gave us the time and answered all our inquiries in order enable us to make an informed decision.
The ambiance in the building at Edgware branch was so great that we did not want to leave the venue.
It was a great experience over all, and we feel lucky to have Edgware as our local brunch.

Excellent customer service
We recently bought a Peugeot 208 from the Chingford branch of Robins & Day July 2022. We were very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Ervis and Elton who were both very friendly and helpful from start to finish and made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble.
Ervis sorted out the car tax for us and other paperwork which was very helpful and also got in touch afterwards to check that everything was ok and we were happy with the car which we are. Thanks Ervis and Elton for a great car buying experience!
