100% plus customer service by Paul Moreton today when visited initially, the Tyburn Road Showroom to obtain details about the new Peugeot 208 as had 3 vehicles i was considering viewing in part exchange for my current vehicle. This guy gave such informative details, options not once did I feel pressurised. Every question i asked he was able to give me the answers to. Arranged a test drive, which I eas amazed at the performance of the car i drove. Well recommend the service Paul gave and for the choice of the vehicle, which I made the decision on the same day and purchased a new vehicle. I was only going into the Showroom for details. Paul should be recognised for his excellent customer service.

We had already viewed the car before so this was a second visit to order the car. All made very easy by sales agent Jaime. Also had a test drive which confirmed I wanted to go ahead. Very impressed with the car and the garage.

All our questions were answered and any queries dealt with promptly. After purchasing the last car, the after customer service was fantastic. The service doesn’t just end when you leave with your new car. Overall our purchases at Peugeot with Nick have been outstanding. Looking forward to receiving the new car soon.

I've been using Robins & Day Cribbs Causeway for 6 years now. Great customer service, very personable. My latest car was purchased with George, who kept me updated on the sales process, when the car was due to arrive and things I had to do in preparation. Talked through all the paperwork with me so I understood everything. Was available quickly if I needed any questions asked.. Overall a great experience with the team there

Experience at Robins and Day Peugeot at Cribbs Causeway is always great. My sales adviser George was very friendly and informative. Service plan is great too, they are always really helpful. Car was also ready quicker than expected (couple a months early), I am very happy with the service, would highly recommend. Thank you Peugeot!
