Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. I had quite a big job done but was able to wait in waiting area whilst it was done. Was expecting to be really expensive as a main dealer but found them to be very competitive. The young man who I dealt with (Danny) was so helpful. He could see I have mobility difficulties and told me to wait at the door whilst he went and found my car and brought it right to the door. Top marks, well done.

Matthew was great and professional from start to finish. He helped me without being pushy choose my first car a used (almost new) Pevgeot 208 which I ended up buying.
Only lose 1 star because it took longer for me to actually receive the car than originally said when trying to sell me it. I think the response time of the admin/accounts team can be improved, but Matthew (and Harry) did a good job, were genuine and honest throughout and not pushy and kept me informed the whole way without me having to chase.
