Customer service advisor was very polite and courteous. He dealt with the details of the car and reason for it being there that day very professional.I had a courtesy car and he brought it to the front for me. He kept updating me on what was happening on the day and rang when car had passed my service and mot and what time I could pick the car up.

Met with David, who showed us the available cars we were looking for. He directed us to one in the showroom and this was what we were looking for.
