Great sales team but annoying problems with the car.
The salesperson I mainly dealt with, Bagee, was excellent - very friendly, efficient and helpful. In fact, this is true of all the staff I have come into contact with at Robins and Day. I was disappointed that, from the outset, the car had a faulty oil warning sensor, which I think should have been picked up in the pre-sales check. It meant I had to bring the car back and be without it for 2 days. I am also very disappointed that the car has an abiding smell of smoking in the interior - presumably the first owner was a heavy smoker - and I think this should have been deep cleaned before I took the car. The continuing smell spoils our enjoyment of the car.

Used Maidstone branch number of times,never had any issues,Recent purchase ran smoothly with no issues,always helpful nothing to much trouble,pleased with our car and hopefully trouble free driving until next time.
