Collection of Motobility vehicle
We was dealt with by Paul Mizzi today for collection of an Electric Motability vehicle for my parents. Paul was very welcoming and showed amazing understanding to my parents as they are both deaf. He was very informative about the paperwork process and showed patience as I interpreted to my parents the information being given and the forms that needed to be signed. Upon being shown the vehicle and how to use the programs within the van Paul was very kind in showing my dad how to use the van and it’s controls of battery charge using basic hand movements which my dad understood fully. He assisted both my parents with the overall controls of the van with minimal assistance from me and it was very comforting to know that any questions my parents had, he allowed them to explain to me the information they wanted to know for me to ask him and explained it in a way that was easy for me to interpret back to them so they understood. Throughout the whole process Paul was very supportive, understanding and patient and showed passion in his work and made mine and my parents visit to Robins and Day Vauxhall very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend Paul Mizzi and the staff at Robin’s and Day Vauxhall.

Mobility
After going round a few garages to understand the mobility scheme, we drew a blank with all of them.
Excuses ranged from, no one in today to explain the process or just totally ignored .
Walked into Peugeot and received excellent service.
We were guided through the mobility scheme which made it easier to understand and we ordered our car.
We were kept up to date on a regular basis to when the car would be ready. From factory to garage.
Billy the sales person was confident and competent, polite and courteous at all times. He made this process so effortless for us.

Fantastic service experience! All staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, the lovely car park attendant offered to park my car on arrival and Michael was very informative and explained any work that needed to be carried out. My car was ready on time - and on collection it had even been cleaned and hoovered. Highly recommended!

The car I chose was reserved for me and was waiting when I arrived ( although I was an hour late) The salesman came straight out to me and left me to look at the car while he made coffee. I was taken out for a test drive and happily completed the purchase. I was given one of the keys and the car is being delivered to me. I have never had better service
