Ordered my car through Kaz Sohal at Robins and Day Coventry and had a first class experience. Best experience of a salesman I have had, very genuine, empathetic and honest so would highly recommend him.
Overall a good experience
It was difficult to find somewhere to park my car when I arrived. Although reception was busy I was seen promptly by one of the service staff. Everything went well, my car was ready when I asked for it.
I minor problem I have found is that the trip recorder will not reset.

Bought my car on-line the model being a C3 aircross. Although it took some time to be delivered to the UK due to chip shortages Yanni kept me informed all the time. The whole process was excellent. When the car was delivered Yanni had filled the tank and gave us a fantastic bunch of flowers. This is my 5th Citroen and in my opinion they are brilliant cars. This is probably my last car due to my age but I would thoroughly recommend for anybody looking for a car to buy a Citroen from Walton on Thames Citroen.

Great customer service
I've had my car in once for a service and once for a repair. On both occasions the car was picked up from my home (promptly, on time) and returned by the end of the day. All work was carried out as specified beforehand, and I was kept in the loop throughout the day about progress etc. Everybody I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
