Alfred is a Legend!
I originally visited the branch earlier in the year and was sold a car that I was not happy with. I did try to return the car back after 2 days of purchase but I was told this is not possible; it was falsely sold to me Even after I handed in my old car to them the dealership did not transfer ownership and I received tickets to my house.
I was literally stuck with a car for 6 months+ that I did not like!!!!
In early October, I called to speak to the person who sold me the Car and to my surprise neither he or his manager works there no more. I spoke to Alfred and he was very reassuring and offered me to come in to look at my options and show me alternative to my car. Once I arrived for my appointment, Alfred was very welcoming and talked me through the process of changing my car. He showed me the different models which was current and I finally settled on the Mokka. I took it for a test drive and you can defiantly feel the difference from a corsa. The whole process took around 2 weeks - I'm happy and grateful I made the change. Alfred really pulled out all the stops and completely changed my view of the branch.
Alfred, thank you for all your help and answering my 100 questions. I literally said to my self that I will never come back to the Wimbledon branch after my horrible experience but you really did change it around for me. To change someone's horrible experience just goes to show how good you are at you job. Thank you once again - much appreciated !
Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service from Bill, Gary and the team at the Chiswick branch. I’ve had 3 cars from there and this by far has been the best service I’ve received. Would fully recommend Bill Hawkins on Sales and Gary Dabinett for any service enquiries. Overall a great team.
