My wife and I picked up our new motobility car.we were met by Paul Moreton who was our contact at Robins and Day he was very courteous and friendly and made us feel at ease.He took us through the process explaing everything for us.He then showed us our car and spent time explaining and showing us how things worked.he didn't rush anything gave us plenty of time to take it all in and answed all our questions very professional.
He made the experience really good.he phoned us a couple of days later to make sure we were getting on ok with the car.We are glad we chose Robins and Day for our new car .

Purchased a new car remotely
Purchased a new car remotely, as our local dealer could not source the car we wanted until spring 2023 ? Robins and day had the stock.
We contacted Robins and day initially by using the website, then messages and phone calls were exchanged.
From initial contact to delivery our sales person, Jack Palmer was knowledgeable, friendly and put us at ease through the whole process. Jack even answered concerns and messages promptly on his day off.
When Jack was busy other team members replied to messages and returned phone calls. they had great product knowledge, friendly and knew about our order.
Jack agreed the deal with us on Monday and we had the car delivered 250 miles from the showroom on the following Friday!!
Jack sent us photos of the car being prepped and being loaded onto the delivery trailer.
The delivery company were excellent great communication and customer service.
Thanks to Jack and the team who were involved, we had a great experience of buying a new car. Even tho we didn’t visit the showroom.

Being able to contact a member of staff personally is important to me and Rafat is one of those personable and reliable representatives who always calls back or responds to an e-mailed query. It seems a rather simple start to a recommendation but it doesn't always happen with all companies.
This will be my fifth 3008 from R&D. What more can I say - I love the car, am always treated well viz a vis a reasonable deal and return to them for ongoing service.
