Our car needed an urgent repair and there was some delay in finding the required replacement part. One minor criticism would be the short period when there was a lack of communication from the service team and it was difficult to contact them. Otherwise, once it was established that the replacement part would take a while to be delivered, a courtesy car was quickly arranged and, when the part arrived, the repair was carried out within 24 hours. Outside circumstances (global supply chain problems) made the whole experience a little more frustrating than we would have liked but the service team were always helpful, considerate and friendly. Our car was returned to us having been cleaned inside and out which was greatly appreciated. We would certainly recommend Robins and Day Chislehurst and will definitely be using them for our regular servicing etc from now on.
Room for improvement
Most stressful new car purchase made. Paul was a great guy, but communication could be better. Other online sales purchases still gave me feeling as if I was only customer. On this occasion I had to be on the ball to check paperwork and chase what was going on. It would be so easy to have made this a pleasurable experience rather than a stressful one.
Bottom line was I did get the car I ordered at a great price, and it arrived on the trailer all clean and no damage. Love the car and it is a pleasure to drive.

Great customer service
I recently purchased a new Peugeot 208. My salesman was Tim Farrow. He kept in regular contact with me regarding the updates on the delivery schedule, and was very pleasant, helpful and professional in his job. There was no pressure selling, and he answered all my questions, and issues were solved.
