Just picked up a new DS3 from Robins and Day Leicester and the experience was first class all way. Kully and Gary really looked after me and I got into my new DS3 within 2 days!

MOT While you Wait
While waiting for my MOT to be completed I was approached by Annii. I hadn't considered buying a new car but will now probably test drive the new C5 Hybrid Aircross early next year. Annii was a pleasure to deal with and was quite persuasive with regards to the benefits of upgrading my car. I suggest the Dealership don't sit her in the corner !

Micheal the motorbility guy. He was amazing and for every e.mail I sent I got a response back. He couldn’t do enough to help me. He explained everything to me and made my time there very relaxing. He went through everything step by step and was a amazing so patient with me. Was a pleading to meet such brilliant employee who didn’t rush me and understood what I needed and why. His support as been the best ever since Iv been getting a mobility car. That was 19 years ago when I got my first. You such be so proud of him !!

Great experience
The overall experience was very smooth from start to finish. I was advised by Alfred who was very patient, informative and generally just a lovely adviser. I left feeling really confident in what I need to do to get my the car I want and will be back very soon to make my purchase.
