Quickly directed to a car which is a near-perfect match to our criteria. Salesman Mark J was very helpful, professional and attentive. No feeling of pressure during discussion and negotiations.

My visit to Robins and Day Romford has been a great experience, everyone I encountered made me feel very welcome and was there to answer all my queries. The sales person Mihail, was a pleasure to deal with, he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and produced me my perfect car, if not better. He also managed to get a good deal on my PX, so a very happy customer.
