From test drive to purchase….
The arranged test drive went well without me feeling rushed and I was given all the information I needed by the salesman. The ordering of the car the next day went smoothly and I was offered refreshments while waiting.
What a great result!
The staff were understanding of the negatives experience I had with the EV I had purchased from less than a year ago. They were caring and easy to talk to. I felt that they truly understood the distress this caused to my daily work life, as a car is essential for my job.
They were very good at informing me of my options to fit my budget, which was really important to me when buying a car. The whole process moved smoothly with such efficiency and great communication all the way and after purchase.

Welcoming staff, plenty of free coffee, health check video sent to your mobile and I don’t know if they do this for every customer but my car was cleaned inside and out

Quick and easy to book in and on time and service carried out quickly on 21st December 2022 and rebooked for warranty claim again very quick and fault rectified in two hours while I waited. Would highly recommend Robins and Day Maidstone.
