DS Automobiles has confirmed that both the DS 3 E-TENSE and new N°4 E-TENSE qualify for the UK’s £1,500 Electric Car Grant, with prices starting from £35,495 OTR. The N°4 E-TENSE builds on the DS 4 with significant design, powertrain, and specification upgrades, now available as a fully electric model.
Offered in PALLAS, PALLAS+ and ÉTOILE trims, all N°4 E-TENSE variants include dual-zone climate control and parking sensors with a rear camera. Higher trims add features such as connected navigation, wireless charging, keyless entry, DS Matrix LED headlights, DS Drive Assist, and an extended head-up display, combining French design excellence with advanced electric performance.

The new N°4 E-TENSE features a bold redesign with a wider black grille, a distinctive segmented light beam inspired by the DS E-TENSE concept and N°8, and an illuminated DS logo. It offers up to 279 miles of range (WLTP) and can charge from 20–80% in under 30 minutes using a 120kW rapid charger.
The DS 3 E-TENSE is a compact electric SUV combining elegant design, premium materials, and advanced technology. It delivers up to 248 miles of range (WLTP) and can charge from 20–80% in under 30 minutes on a 100kW charger. Available in PALLAS or ÉTOILE trims, it includes DS IRIS with ChatGPT, DS Matrix LED lights, a heat pump, and a 360° parking camera as standard.
Both models come with a complimentary wall box worth up to £999 (standard installation) via Free2Move by Octopus Energy. Alongside the £1,500 UK Electric Car Grant, N°4 E-TENSE offers up to £1,500 DS deposit contribution on selected trims, while DS 3 E-TENSE includes up to £500 deposit contribution.
