Amazing staff
From the minute we came to view a car at the Birmingham North branch we was treated in a friendly, helpful manner without any sales person being pushy and pressuring. We was seen to by Richard who was absolutely amazing, really helpful - nothing too much trouble, and gave us all the information we needed and explained everything to us. He answered all our questions and made sure everything ran smoothly from the test-drive to handover day. Also want to give his colleague Lewis a mention for all his help too.

Brilliant dealership David Hawkes has to be the best salesperson I have ever dealt with he was so understanding and patient at helping me find the right car for me and very friendly too ! At no point did I feel pressured into anything and he took his time at explaining the car and on the handover totally top dealership totally top service very very impressed
Peugeot 3008 first service
Peugeot 3008 booked in for first service. Staff were very prompt. I was dealt with straightaway. The gent dealing with me was very polite and helpful. I had a few issues with the car which I discussed with the guy - Michael. I was told everything would be sorted by the time I collected my car. I was called when ready for collection. Great service

The service from start to finish was impressive Tony Woods the senior advisor at Peugeot was extremely helpful and gave me a breakdown of what was going to happen with the service I was going to receive.
