Great customer service from Laura at Peugeot Hinckley, regarding booking car in and getting a slot. Unfortunately, on the day my daughter waited 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours and there were no updates from the mechanic side.

Jon was amazing so patient and talked me through everything. He made sure that I understood all the documents and gave me time to review before I made my decision. He kept me updated the whole process. Definitely 10 out of 10.

On my arrival I was greeted by Mo and he took me for a test drive . He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Then I sat with Andrej to do the paper work , he was very informative and reassured me . Both Mo and Andrej showed me excellent customer service and are a credit to the company . I look forward to my return to see them and have another delicious cup of hot chocolate :)

I had an MOT at stellantis and you Croydon and Jamil was very polite and welcoming. The MOT took slightly longer than expected but I wasn’t fussed as I was very happy with the customer service.
