My car went into stellantis on the 13th Feb 2025 due to my driver's door window motor fault this was covered by the monthly warranty plan I hold, I was given a courtesy car and I had my car back within the day, Holly Greathead looked after me and I give her a 5 star for the support and the way I was handled.6 months agoAnthony was very nice

Carlos was excellent with our inquiry for the possible purchase of YC20FSJ. I would also like to mention Sue as she was my first contact when I had a quick look at the car. My wife said to me on Monday, lets go and have a look. When we looked around the car, which Carlos had brought round from the back compound, she was impressed and agreed that we should have a test drive. After the drive she said yes we should buy the car. We notice that there was some damage along the near side and a couple of creases on the boby work. Again we were assured that they would be corrected, so we went ahead with the purchase. We are cash buyers but needed to wait till the 28th February before our funds became available. Again this was no problem, we paid a small holding deposit and our now counting the days down to collecting the vehicle. Your team were very informative, polite and pleasure to do business with.
