Can't fault the service from Lauren…
Can't fault the service from Lauren Dean, went above and beyond, due to the original car been storm damaged in transit. This then caused an issue that was dealt with quickly, rather than waiting a further 6 weeks, a new one was sourced quickly.

Had a really good experience buying my new car. The staff were really helpful, Ash was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My overall experience was stress free and really easy. Would recommend.

I met a very polite and helpful gentleman. Gazinder. He was very helpful and immediately put me at ease. (Much better to Mercedes) It's people like Gazinder who make the whole experience easier and actually enjoyable, especially if you are disabled neurodiverse person like myself. Mercedes should be trained by people like Gazinder would make a huge difference to customers like myself. Thank you Gazinder.
