Very pleasant salesman Olly answered all our questions and if did not know the answer found out straight away. We identified some areas on the vehicle that needed rectifying and assured straight away that they would be done. Also told if not happy on collection we could raise this and it would be dealt with before we finally took the car. Very happy with service and would recommend. One tiny criticism could do with being a little more private when discussing personal information as everyone in the room can hear conversations and this could be off putting to customers.
Much improved service
This is my 4th vehicle purchase at this garage. This particular purchase was easy and we didn’t have to sit around waiting for decisions to be made. Service has definitely been improved since our last visit. Would just like to see my promised £50 for recommendations and I’ll be over the moon.
