We went into Robins and Day, B'ham North a couple of days ago and would like to raise the attention of your board to Caitlin Copp an extremely charming lady who stunned us with her total knowledge and expertise of the 5008. The showroom was empty when we arrived and she was on the phone when we arrived but gave us huge welcoming smiles during her call. We run a television company....and, as its almost Comic Relief you may like to Google, 'BBC Birmingham Comic Relief Music Video', we made that....should you require a comedy film of Robins and Day....do get in touch ! We are used to business and the handling of customers and Miss Copp could easily hold seminars on that subject. She drives a 5008 herself and she gave us such an excellent technical and descriptive insight into the joys of the whole thing, she made it feel we were buying a lifestyle, not just a car. Thank you for having Caitlin....without her we would be going to Volvo again, now we certainly aren't. All very good wishes Gavin Prime

Ikram at Robins & Day Birmingham (Tyburn Road) was fantastic! He spent time understanding my needs and put together a package that exceeded my expectations. He was detailed and transparent, and nothing was too much trouble. If I could give Ikram and the Robins & Day team in Birmingham (Tyburn Road) six stars, I would! Amazing customer service!
