We really appreciated the service given by the salesperson, OZ KARAGULMEZ. He was very relaxed, personable and not pushy! This is a rare occurrence in a car salesman. There was some confusion over pricing but this was quickly dealt with once it was pointed out. He has worked for Robins & Day for 18 years and inspired confidence in the company. The best place to buy a car in Bristol, staff you can trust, and who call a spade a spade. Giving great unbiased advice on the best deal available. This is my second purchase from them, and if they carry on giving the same high standards of customer service they have gained a life long customer. The deal they offered was unrivalled by other dealerships. The sales manager listened to our situation, what we now needed and came up with a great deal to save us money. No pressure was placed on us buying things we did not need as money is tight.
