Had mysterious one off fault on our Berlingo, just before our 265 miles journey down to Herts. On arrival, decided to book into Robins & Day Hatfield for a diagnostic check. At end of day, left, having purchased a Partner Tepee! High pressure sales at its best? Because it's a red one? Not in the least. It was a conscious decision to change cars and was a process made painless by all R & D staff, from Service to Sales. We've used R & D before and, again, we were treated to the same friendly, courteous, helpful and non-pushy approach as ever. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently by Peter Crook, with some valuable driving advice thrown in by Jamie (No credit card number requested!). We purchased a car from your Derby showroom, Michael Handley the sales guy there was brilliant, he explained everything so we could make the right choice for us. We dealt with John Millington when purchasing our vehicle, and he made the process very straightforward which was quite a feat considering we live 200 miles away. A main dealer can sometimes disappoint when it comes to customer service and often rely on the manufacturer reputation, but we were very reassured with the way John explained the process from start to finish.7 years agoExcellent Service
