Overall a very pleasant experience
Overall a very pleasant experience in ordering my new car. The staff were were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt all my questions were answered well and I was given plenty of time to have a break and think about my order.
The test drive was well managed and not at all rushed. It was also a good time to be shown many of the car features.
The showroom was well laid out with plenty of refreshments available.
I particularly like the way build times and delivery dates were explained.
5 stars are well deserved.

Robins & Day - Wimbledon. Had to write a review to express how happy we were with the service from Robins & Day especially from the Salesman Munir Khamboo. We spent a few hours deciding which car to buy, Munir was very patient and helpful with us and we didn’t feel pressurised at all. When we collected the car everything was as promised. We were very happy with this branch, it’s not our local branch and we would definitely travel the 17 miles to use them again in the future. Thank you very much to Munir and the rest of the team. Zara at Chelmsford was very helpful in me buying a car, she made me feel at ease on the test drive as I was very nervous and she even came in on her day off to do the handover. She went above and beyond and I’m so thankful.

Honestly, we could probably have got a better deal somewhere else but the customer service brought us back. They were so patient and helpful and very willing to work with us!
