They changed what was becoming a frustrating car purchase experience so that I left the dealership completely satisfied with my order. After dealing without a different dealer in Medway I found this place on car wow . It’s was a much more relaxed and normal experience choosing my new car with them ! Staff were polite And friendly and there was no heavy pushy sales technics . I delt with Shaun Mayers Sales Advisor -in Preston. The process was simple from when he phoned to say they'd taken the order to taking delivery. Shaun was very patient as I was negotiating buying the car for my daughter. He explained all the things we needed to know in a practical curtious manner with a bit of good humour that gave it a human factor that made us feel a trust had built up.
