Brentford service/repair centre excellent
I have been using Robins and Day, Transport Avenue, Brentford for my servicing and repairs for about 14 years. I have always found their service reception staff to be friendly, helpful and professional and have never had any problems with work done on the car (an elderly Pug 206). There is sometimes a little bit of an issue with getting parts but I suspect that is because they use Peugeot/Peugeot approved parts rather than any old part off eBay.
Worth noting that their pricing for service and repairs is very competitive - don't assume that main dealer is going to be more expensive than, say, Kwik-Fit or an indie garage. My local Kwik-Fit quoted twice the Robins and Day price to replace an alternator belt.
Highly recommend them.

I hope the management at Robins & Day know how lucky they are to have Mr Muki Vasitha working for them. It was the first time I had brought my Vauxhall to Kingston as my nearest dealer is in bedfont. Wow! What amazing customer service...not only whilst he was serving me but being aware of other customers waiting to be served. You need to promote him, to use him for customer service training and if your not already...value him!
When there was a lot of customers waiting and only Mimi was serving, he kept everyone calm who were getting irate because of the manager sitting in his office in the times phone the whole time and not being aware of how many customers Muki was serving. Please do something great for him. He deserves it.
