The whole of this process was extremely positive and I would rate the Croydon office at 5 in isolation. We received honest, straightforward and professional advice and the process was easy and quick. There was no element of “hard sell” at any stage at either the Morden or Croydon offices. We had however made initial contact with the Morden office, and whilst there were no significant issues there on our initial visit for a test drive and discussion, there were some slight subsequent difficulties in identifying where within the group the car we eventually bought was located and how we could arrange a specific test drive of that vehicle. Overall though both offices were helpful and friendly.

We drove to London from the midlands to view a car. After much consideration we decided to purchase but we’re hoping to drive away the same day. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible. Nav & Barry arranged for the car to be delivered to my house at no extra cost. The team are very friendly & the hot Chocolate isn’t bad either!! Thanks for a great experience ????
