Ravi at Redditch was very approachable, he knew his Citroen models and specs unbelievably well, he had plenty of time for me on both visits to the show room including 2 test drives and helped me make the right purchase for me. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Gave us time to ourselves to think things through and knew about the vehicles (we had been to other garages where knowledge of what they were selling was limited). Will definitely go to them if we need another car at any point7 years agoLovely customer service

Ross talked to us about what sort of arrangement we were considering and the options available to us were explained clearly making it easy to understand the information. We weren’t sure what we were looking for but Steve helped us to work out the type of car that would best suit our circumstances and at an affordable price. When I decided to change my car I was concerned about buying from a private seller so chose to go to a main dealer.Having found a car on the Robins & Day Citroen site that fitted the bill I made the appointment to view.Salesman Harry Hennessy was a pleasure to deal with and was very patient.He went through every aspect of the viewing and test drive and checking of my car for part exchange and was very knowledgeable.A pleasant chatty person,like dealing with a good friend.Needless to say I now have a new car.Top man.Thanks Robins & Day.Thanks Harry.7 years agoStaff were approachable
