Recently purchased a used van from Romford branch, Charles and Anthony dealt with me and any issues I had to a very high standard of service. I'm going there this week to resolve a missing piece of plastic trim which I failed to notice when buying the vehicle, so I am hoping this review will justify the 5 stars.

Our dealings with Robins & Day

Our dealings with Robins & Day was very pleasant and Mr Dylan Mc Niel in the used car department was a very knowledgeable and knew his product well. We though that when we arrived to view the car and he could not find it or our alternative colour he was mortified and could not understand why it was not on show. After he located it all was fine. We picked up the car today 10/11/2017 and every thing was just fine.MR Dylan Mc Niel is an asset to the company and made our purchase a pleasant and comfortable exercise. Regards Chris & Judy Wiggins

The service I got from Peugeot Gateshead from Gary and his team I can only describe that it exceeded even my high expectations, Excellent customer service through professionalism, honesty, friendliness and an appreciation of what all customer expect when they are spending their hard earned capital. Rarely have I experienced such a high level of commitment to make the customers experience feel comfortable and rewarding, culminating in the fact that, all that was possible has been done to accommodate the customer expectations. I shall return when it is time to change our car.
