Fay and I were very impressed with young Jake Chamberlain, the sales assistant and his colleague who dealt with us in a very professional manner. We were made to feel at ease and at no time did we feel under pressure to make any immediate decisions. Each step of the transaction was explained in detail. The final handover went smoothly.
Being a mature couple we were surprised and extremely pleased at the extensive scope of cover provided by the complete package deal. We have recommended Robins & Day to our relations and friends
