Stephen Kay was the Sales Adviser who dealt with me. I don't know what the other advisers are like but if they're as professional and as courteous as Stephen, I would have not issue in recommending this company to anyone looking for a new or second hand car. Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Exceptionally polite, understanding and respectful staff. No stone is left unturned in pursuit of offering the very pinnacle of customer service. I have never come across any business that is so attuned and oriented to supporting customers, offering unequalled service, and being entirely customer satisfaction driven. My experience of the sales team, and in fact everyone, at R&D has left me quite speechless, as you simply do not come across such service, know how, and willingness to put the customer first, at all levels.
