First class experience

First class experience Ravi made my experience with Citroen an excellent one . He was welcoming & full of enthusiasm & knowledge. He guided towards a new car rather than a used one due to the extra savings that Citroen were offering. And Citroen excelled themselves as I received my new car within one week of ordering it ! Review on behalf of my parents,initially just turned up to have a look at what was on the forecourt,spoke with Gary Hough the salesman,nice and friendly towards us very helpful and informative,nice and relaxed atmosphere didn't feel under any pressure to buy a car (even though we did end up buying one) On collection of vehicle once again nice friendly relaxed atmosphere,all in all an enjoyable experience,If we were to return would single out Gary to deal with us again.Thanks for all you're help.

We dealt with John Millington when purchasing our vehicle, and he made the process very straightforward which was quite a feat considering we live 200 miles away. A main dealer can sometimes disappoint when it comes to customer service and often rely on the manufacturer reputation, but we were very reassured with the way John explained the process from start to finish.
