Exceptional Service from Peugeot Preston – Thank You Paul & Lisa!
After months of frustration with a persistent AdBlue fault, I cannot thank the team at Peugeot Preston enough for their outstanding support and professionalism. The fault stemmed from buying the car second-hand from a small local dealer who failed to properly investigate or resolve the issue. It was Peugeot who correctly identified that the AdBlue system had been disconnected and mapped, something no one else had spotted and they showed real perseverance in getting to the root of the problem.
The Preston team went above and beyond to look after me. They were friendly, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, offered practical advice, and went out of their way to fit the repair in during a busy period so I wouldn’t be without my car longer than necessary, they made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
Thanks to their diligence, the fault has now been resolved and my car is running smoothly again. I’ve driven over 200 miles with no further warnings, and I’m hopeful the issue is fully behind me.
This kind of service is rare, not just technically competent, but genuinely caring. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend Peugeot Preston to anyone looking for a team that truly puts their customers first.
