Excellent service

We had been out all day looking at cars and being honest we saved the best till last. We were made to feel at ease and Chloe the sales lady ensured we understood all car functions, options etc as well as availability for the vehicles. Most importantly she walked through all financial options so that we were comfortable and informed. Superb customer service and knowledge from Chloe.

Friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile!

Matthew was an absolute star. I have one of the Citroens that has the urgent airbag recall and rang up all the Citroen dealerships in the area - all of them were quoting November and beyond to fix the issue, an issue that means you are not even meant to drive your car. By chance I was recommended to try Stellantis&You in Preston. Thank the lord I did! Matthew was super understanding over the phone, took my contact details and rang me back within 30 minutes to ask when I could come in! I dropped my car off with them next day bright and early at 8am (and got a free coffee and a lift to the train station!) and they had my car sorted by 1pm. They even cleaned my car!! I don't have a car of their brands, but after this experience maybe my next car might be one I can take here more regularly. Honestly, what stars they have been.
