I have just bought a used Citron eC4 and had a great experience using this dealership, thanks to Josiah Williams. He was easy to deal with and everything went very well, car prep dealing with the paperwork and delivery of the car. He had the patience that some sales staff lack, so any question was no problem. Just had a great dealership experience. I popped in to my local Stellantis to check The Big Sell Event. I had the pleasure to deal with Reece.Very professional approach and knowledge convinced me to buy new car. I didn't plan to finalise the deal today but all the individual offers and discounts convinced me.Will definitely come back in the future. I wanted a quick, easy purchase of a new car and that’s exactly what I got. I found the car online and the same day was contacted to say it was in the store. I met with Lewis, who was professional and friendly and made the process very simple. Within the hour I had done all the admin and picked the car up 2 days later. Heath porter was very professional and attentive. He had a lovely demeanour about him. Very happy, pleasant and colourful. Came to pick up the vehicle within the allocated slot time and since the detail takes updates regarding his ETA, vehicle progress reports. A detailed update has to when he would deliver my vehicle and brought it back squeaky and crystal clean!
