Both Gary’s made the experience excellent! We visited yesterday as part of a fact finding mission - looked at Renault, Volkswagen, Skoda and Kia before trying Peugeot in Nottingham (Mansfield Road). When chatting to Gary Foster yesterday, he told us about the part exchange boost which made us decide to revisit today and look at specific numbers. When we arrived Gary Foster was with a customer so he asked Gary Seagrave to help us and he remembered what we had talked about yesterday - impressive! Gary Seagrave took time to talk to us about our requirements before sitting down and crunching numbers and at no point did we feel pressured or that there was a hard sell. Trevor and the team at Stellantis Walton were fantastic. They helped fix an issue on our 3008 and went above and beyond to get the problem sorted. The part was on back order from France but we were kept up to date regularly and once the repairs were complete the car was returned clean with no issues. Thanks again to the whole team. I took my Vauxhall to Stellantis Brentford for an annual service and MoT as in previous years. Work on the car started promptly and I was kept informed on progress. The staff were friendly and efficient.5 months agoJordan took over from Dominic
Jordan took over from Dominic, and she was great. Dominic was very friendly however I was told I could expect my car in on the 20th March but didn’t receive a call so had to chase up. I then collected on 25th March. Jordan was very thorough with the sales and was happy to take me for a test drive and a little ‘tutorial’ of the car. Stellantis & you - Peugeot Romford provides excellent customer service always going above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Environment is welcoming and staff polite and professional. Sales rep Dipesh is knowledgeable, very accommodating providing regular updates. Branch manager - Sean is exceptional treating his customers with respect and this is reflected through his staff. I continue to recommend Peugeot as the car to purchase and Romford as the dealership to visitLeave us a review
