Citroën Opens Orders For New C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid

The new C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid is now available to order, starting from £38,855 OTR MRRP, joining Citroën’s hybrid and electric range. It marks a bold step in the mid-sized SUV segment, offering outstanding comfort, space, and value. The redesigned range features a more assertive, aerodynamic look with Citroën’s new three-point LED signature, widened stance, and streamlined grille. Inside, a 2.78m wheelbase ensures spacious rear seating and excellent legroom, while boot capacity ranges from 651 to 1,985 litres for versatile family use. Practical touches include a wide-opening boot, split-folding seats, and a flat load area make everyday use simple.

The new C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid pairs a 150hp petrol engine with a 125hp electric motor for up to 195hp. It can run on electric power alone or switch between petrol and electric in Hybrid mode. A 21kWh battery offers up to 53 miles of electric range and charges fully in under three hours. Exclusive to the MAX trim, it features heated seats, a 360° camera, hands-free tailgate, and Drive Assist Pack 2.0.oad area. The C5 Aircross blends style, performance, and everyday practicality seamlessly.

The new C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid combines Citroën’s Advanced Comfort® programme with progressive hydraulic cushions for a smooth, refined ride. Inside, plush Advanced Comfort® seats with optional heating, ventilation, and massage are complemented by soft-touch surfaces and sofa-like contours for a calming, home-inspired cabin. A striking 13-inch vertical ‘waterfall’ HD touchscreen flows from the dashboard into the centre console, offering customisable navigation, infotainment, and widgets, alongside a fixed control bar and a 10-inch digital driver display with extended head-up projection. Alongside the plug-in hybrid, the range includes hybrid and electric powertrains, with orders now open from £30,495 for the hybrid and £32,565 for the electric, including the Electric Car Grant.
