Abarth has unveiled the New Abarth 600e

• Abarth has revealed the first images of the New Abarth 600e as it undergoes the end of its testing while making its public debut.
• The New Abarth 600e – in its Scorpionissima launch edition - appeared made its public debut at the shooting of its new commercial in Milan, Italy.
• The new Abarth 600e is equipped with 240HP, an exclusive mechanical limited-slip differential, and high-performance tires developed in the Formula E field.

The New Abarth 600e is going through its final testing and made its first public debut in Milan, where filming was intended for its new advert. Poised, exciting, strong, and ferocious, the first pictures instantly reveal the “evil” essence of the Abarth 600e Scorpionissima launch version, which will be produced in a limited edition of 1,949 units.

The older brother to the 500e, the New 600e is designed to leave Abarth fans speechless, the Scorpionissima model is designed around three main ideals: to reach maximum performance, a structure to allow it to be the most powerful Abarth ever, and a competitive spirit to draw in any motor enthusiast. Thanks to its range of incredible equipment, the New Abarth 600e will be able to thrill and excite drivers, giving them the ability to drive safely without giving up on the aggressive and muscular look of their car.  

Equipped with 240HP, the New Abarth 600e Scorpionissima is endlessly competitive and powerful. Abarth hasn't released anything this powerful before. On top of this, the equipment of this new Abarth proves that maximising performance is a mantra held close to all Abarth engineers. Made to be unique in the field of electric cars, the Abarth 600e will feature a mechanical limited-slip differential that guarantees excellent driving stability, improved handling, and traction, all without compromising on the perks of electrification, making it perfect for driving across any location, and be they isolated country lanes or clean-air zone covered city streets.

The exceptional performance of the limited-slip differential takes the car to new heights, especially in tandem with its high performance tyres that were jointly developed with the supplier for Formula E to ensure maximum grip and guarantee excellent racing dynamics in all situations. A perfect equilibrium is attained by balancing performance and limited resistance, ensuring an improved range in an electric vehicle.

From the exterior, it is still unmistakably Abarth! The exclusive Hypnotic Purple, the launch color inspired by the post-puncture hypnotic effect, highlights its aggressiveness, while the aerodynamic rear spoiler helps reach maximal performance. It also features a large footprint, expansive wheels, a low profile, and 20-inch wheels that accommodate an extensive brake system. To take it even further, the New Abarth 600e Scorpionissima will come with an authenticity certificate.
