I came into the Robins & Day a day after passing my driving test. As soon as I stepped it I felt very welcomed and confident. I wasn't sure about buying a car yet and what exactly I wanted. I had an idea but needed more information on it. Paul was absolutely amazing! The help and support I have received was brilliant. My husband Son went into the showroom, were greeted by the salesman who was very polite showed my husband and son around , they had a good idea what they were looking for the salesman was very professional and courteous and explained every didn't rush them. They offered them refreshments. The salesman went to on to explain all about the car. We ended up with a new car.8 years agoGreat service

Was served by Caner who made me feel comfortable and easy to speak to (as I have Aspergers). Provided hot drinks while waiting. He allowed me to take my time looking at the vehicle and answering the questions I had. Chosen a Citroen Picasso Grand because of the family size (7 seater), also getting in and out is easy and the seat is very comfortable as I have a spinal injury.
