Went into Robins & Day in Hatfield to enquirie about the new Citreon AirCross. The service I received was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble & the Salesperson took his time with all my questions. After the test drive I went ahead to purchase an AirCross & am waiting to be advised as to when I can collect it.

Very nice staf

I called into the showroom and after looking round the vehicles available I chose a 2008 1.6. I spoke to Paul Wickham and told him my priority was to obtain a vehicle via Motability as soon as possible. Paul honestly told me he would need to check availability of the vehicle I had chosen on Monday and he would call me in the morning. All the paperwork was completed and I left the Showroom. The following Monday Paul phoned me as promised and advised that the car I had chosen would take a while to obtain and asked if I would be prepared to accept a 1.2 version, which would require no deposit and would be available considerably earlier. I agreed to his suggestion and h placed the order. On Wednesday Paul rang me to advise there was a small problem in regard to details within the paperwork and I was able resolve this matter quickly. The following Monday I received a call from Paul who advised the car could be collected on Friday. I collected the car today!! Excellent service Excellent Customer Service.

Bent over backwards to deliver on our demands. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all a positive stress free experience. No negatives. Would recommend.

We dealt with Luis who was lovely and helped to keep our young son entertained while we were doing all the paperwork. Everything went very smoothly. We sold our old car to the dealership and that was very well handled too. The test drive was great and we had all the information we needed all the time - great aftercare service as well. I'd highly recommend this dealership. A nice friendly vibe and really easy to chat with all the people there.

We are so happy with the Peugot 2008 we purchased, we where told about all the financing, and protection plans for paint work, upholstery, tyres etc and chose which we felt more important and did not feel under any pressure to take them out. A lot of paperwork but once that was done the car was ready for collection before we expected happily. The after care has been great with Patrick driving over to hand deliver our cashback cheque. I have already told my friends about how good Robins & Day service team is.
