One of the things I dread most when looking for a new care is the sales men and women. At Robins & Day the experience with all the staff was totally different. No Preasure sales very informal in your own time. The main person I delt with was Mark Bibby he was a true gentleman all the way through, he made it an enjoying exsperience so I didn't get stressed at all. Many Thanks Maureen

I’ve been back after just one week to buy my second car a 3008 all the staff are very nice and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them and you can have a very nice cup of coffee aswell hahahahaha John was my salesman he took us out for a test drive and he knows what he’s talking about which is a good thing all in all would go back there when I will be changing my car next time good work John ????

We visited Robins & Day to look at a used Peugeot Partner Tepee. Darren made us welcome and put us at ease very quickly. He allowed plenty of time to look over the cars we were interested in and explained everything in a professional and thorough manner. He then accompanied us on a good long test drive in our prefered car along a variety of roads that really demonstrated the cars capabilities. He laid great emphasis on making sure that we chose the right vehicle for our needs, particularly taking account of my disability requirements. He explained about various extras we could buy but there was no pressure to buy either the car or the extras. It was a pleasure doing business with him and yes, we did buy the car.

From the off my exprience with Robin and Day as been good from enquiring about a product, requesting a test drive for my convience and all first initicated over the telephone. Even when entering the dealer the welcome was a welcome surprise , as with previous exprience with different car manufactures as not been good, considering my health conditiions. The only slight let down was the route and length of my test drive was not varied or long enough.
