Change of car after 3yrs

It is a real pleasure for me to go to Robins & Day as it is known now every 3 yrs to order a new car. Barry Cliff has been very helpful and curteous for so many years to make it easy for me to make my choice. Coventry Branch: We reserved our nearly new car 6 weeks ago, it was the only one within 200 miles of us in Somerset that was the right Spec, Colour and Price. There has been a 'changing of the guard' at the branch during this time. Issues with their Head Office resulted in delays to obtain the V5 ready for sale. But we were kept fully informed along the way, and today drove up to part exchange our old car for a lovely shiny red Peugeot. Big thanks to Noel, Lee, Leigh, Simon and finally Harry who looked after us.

Robins Day are excellent and trustworthy

Robins Day have continued to provide an excellent service. This is our second new car with them and they have continued to work hard to listen, to find what is best for us and to genuinely make things work financially. We were dealing with the Walton branch and David Connor, who is the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman and leaves you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Importantly, we were compelled to return based on excellent after sales service and ongoing services. Great experience all round.

Test drive arranged at short notice. Need to look at Coventry office arranging test drives on behalf of the local dealer without having the sales people confirm, could have been a problem but well handled my Andy and his manager. Excellent vehicle, easiest decision to buy I have ever made.
