This my 8th new Citroen since 2002, I ordered mine in June and collected just over 3 weeks ago, it had extras. Harry the salesperson who I mainly dealt with was very good, knowledgeable and not pushy! He dealt with my order mostly, if not it was Scott or Simon, managers', I was updated when needed and could contact Harry at other times. I would highly recommend Harry and Dealership, so if your in the market for a car they have lots to choose from new or nearly new. Give them a try and as I was not disappointed in their level of customer service and follow up after the car is yours. 10/10 Harry and Citroen Coventry.4 years agoI am quite pleased with the customer…
I am quite pleased with the customer service received from Phil T in Motability, Sheffield. He is very helpful, patient, signposted to other facilities that could be beneficial. Actually it because of his disposition towards my daughter and I thay made us come back to Peugeot to place our order of new car. However,it worth mentioning, that the call handlers needs to do their job right as expected. I left a voice message requested to speak to Phil but was never told about my call.When l waited for month then decided to visit the showroom before things got done .4 years agoRobins & Day Crawley/ Razvan P.
So I picked up my new shape 2020 Vauxhall Corsa yesterday, under the sales executive Razvan P. Who assisted me from the beginning (an online enquiry) all the way through to the exchange. I really wanted to big up Razvan, who’s excessively polite, very professional with the Whole Vauxhall show room stats printed into his head meaning he’s a very knowledgable on all the cars, plus engine specs. He always went above and beyond to help me out, even running around to the petrol garage to stick in £5 so I could test out a certain car (which I ended up buying) I really couldn’t fault Razvan, I personally with all the extras I got with the car too, he deserves to be in some Regional Sales competition, because I can tell you now, YOU WILL NOT GET ANYONE BETTER!! Trying to find any excuse now to get the wife a car…. And yes I will be going back to Razvan again- and if he’s on holiday:- I will bloody wait for him to get back (no disrespect to the other lads and lasses there) Thanks bro!!!4 years agoThe gentleman concerned Mr Jack Quire…

Cannot fault the process of purchasing our new car and the information and support given by Harry Hennessy at the Coventry Branch. No pushy sales talk which makes a welcome change and Harry responded to any emails we sent promptly. If he wasn’t available then his Manager Simon was also very helpful. Because they have recently moved premises there were a few teething problems with phone messages getting through but email solved that issue. Would certainly recommend Robins and Day Citroen Coventry branch and in particular Harry Hennessy.4 years agoCarl's done it again! :)
I've been buying cars from Robins & Day Coventry for a while now (nowhere near as long as my mum has of course), but the experience is always the same great level of service every time I go in. I often only go in "to have a look" and end up walking out with an order for a new car! Carl Monk is a great salesman; great to chat to and always seems to pull a rabbit out of the hat and come up with good offers, this time for an e-2008. From the initial enquiry with Dan through to the test drive and sales process with Toni I cannot recommend the team at Robins & Day Maidstone enough! There was none of the usual "pushy car sales" attitude and we never felt pressured to buy. I set Toni the hardest task of all to get me a new car, delivered before our baby arrives in a month and it looks like she has managed the impossible! AMAZING!
