Excellent annual service experience

My Citroen C5 Aircross was in for its annual service. I had arranged for this to be done while I waited. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and the work was carried out as planned, the car being returned to me cleaned and with the service record properly updated.

I am sooooo happy

I am sooooo happy. I have got my new car from Vauxhall Wimbledon. My car dealer expert was Mehdi, who helped me all way long. He is so professional, answered my thousands of questions with great knowledge, was patient with me to choose the best option that I will enjoy for a long time. Great customer service, very knowledgeable.

Just got a new car via mobility and the process from start to finish was fantastic. A gentleman called Rowan was the person who sorted everything for us. He was polite, friendly and professional the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. He kept us updated whenever there was an update on the car order and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. So far I'm very pleased with the car and I was very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making the process as smooth as it was!

Professional friendly service

We were booked on a test drive into Stellantis & you in Preston to test drive a car we had seen on line. From the central hub who booked us in to Tim the sales advisor everything was straightforward and seamless….. a rare thing these days. Tim was professional and genuinely friendly throughout, and we never felt pressured to buy. By the end of the test drive we agreed a deal and collected my new car by the next day. Shoutout to Lauren

Further to my previous review, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Lauren in particular who has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of finding my new car. Even right up to the point of I receiving my car which is today! She kindly drove all the way to my home to deliver the car, she stayed and answered any more questions I had before taking back my old car as I part exchanged. Lauren has excellent customer service always available to answer any questions and she really put my mind at ease about everything. It has been a smooth process from start to finish.
