Today, I visited the Leicester branch and purchased a brand-new DS4. I was warmly welcomed by Sohail, the Sales Executive, who provided excellent service. He thoroughly explained the vehicle’s features and specifications, both in the showroom and during the test drive. From the preparation of the new car to the arrangement of the sales documents, everything was handled to perfection. I opted for a part exchange, and the company offered a fair and very reasonable valuation. So I left a review a couple of months back saying I was very unhappy with how things went with my Citroen Van purchased through Scott at Vauxhall Crawley, it went wrong with about £5000.00 of work needed and although it was under warranty it took 6-7 weeks to get approval for the works to be done, to be honest it was not a great experience, but after Mark Jackson got involved things went much better and if he had been involved at the start I would not have had any complaints at all, as we all know things go wrong and it is about how you put it right, and Mark got this sorted for me and I am now very happy and they have regained my trust so thank you Mark.11 months agoMy first mobility car experience
