Had a great experience at Alfa Romeo Cribbs

Had a great experience at Stellantis & You Bristol getting and issue on my Giulia Quadrifoglio sorted. There was a difficult to diagnose clicking noise from the rear of the car and while the booking process wasn’t the smoothest (new dealership teething issues, I guess), the team absolutely delivered once I got there. Alex, the chief tech, came out for a drive with me, took the issue seriously, and clearly knows his stuff (others had suggested it might be the brakes, but he quickly ruled that out). Nicolo got me sorted with a hire car (a Stelvio—nice touch!), and Martin and Ryan in the service team were great to deal with. They even replaced my rear lights, which had developed some condensation and algae, without me needing to argue the point—they just agreed it wasn’t right and fixed it. Overall, I left feeling well looked after and have no hesitation in going back for my next service. ????????

Warm delicious hot chocolate was a bonus after a long drive to the show room! The dealership offered a wide range of vehicles. Having dealt with David previously at this Peugeot dealership I knew I could trust him and the garage, I needed a car for my son asap as his former car was a death trap.
