Gerald is your man!

I would like to thank Gerald who went above and beyond from start to finish. he was always avaliable if i had any concerns or questions. he was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. the whole process was stress free as Gerald took on everything to make sure we was looked after. Dami is a credit to Citroen Romford. Always very helpful, friendly and polite ( especially to us older customers). All the staff are professional and polite. Despite a few problems with Stellantis finance when we went to get our car it was sorted out by the staff and we have now leased our second car from them.

Mr Sean Fitzpatrick showed me everything to do with car he showed me all of the buttons on the inside and explained what everything dose as a blind person he made me actually feel like i was included in the process always stating it is my car which was so nice i have had other dealerships whom have never included me but Sean Fitzpatrick is a natural with dealing with my needs as a disabled/blind person he is a true asset to your company he even delt with my driver so well describing how everything works thank you so much Sean Fitzpatrick for making me feel included

Always made to feel welcome…

I'm always made to feel welcome whenever I go to the Walton Branch with my dog to get my car serviced. This time I decided to wait while the work was done so I had coffee and watched the TV. Hazel took the time to go through the service plan with me to see if it would benefit me to spread the cost and maybe save some money.
